Library Redesign

UX Design – Sky Store

I was lead UX on this project for Sky Store, a leading UK digital entertainment retailer. The company previously sold only single movies, but was expanding its offerings to include both movie box-sets and TV box-sets. This new complexity required significant changes to the My Library sections of the company’s websites, mobile apps and set-top box viewing applications.

Initial sketches

I started with the initial requirements, progressed through details user journey mapping, initial sketches and simple wireframes to detailed, annotated wireframes delivered directly to developers. Work was validated through guerilla testing with paper prototypes, and later user testing with realistic HTML prototypes.
